From the moment we walked into the Virginian, we felt right at home. There are too many extra touches and details to list. The owners certainly show they care about their guests. We enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing 4th of July. Spent a lot of time reading on the great deck, playing checkers and playing cards. The beach access is the best! The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked. Proximity to The C Shop is a definite plus! We look forward to returning. Fantastic, May 19, 2009

Finding a place to stay on the Internet is a little scary. You never know about the neighborhood and everyone has an opinion of "very nice". We were so pleased with everything the minute we opened the door. The accomodations were more than expected, and the kitchen was more well stocked and nicer than mine at home. A convection/conventional oven was way over the top in my expectations of a great accommodation! We had a wonderful view of the bay and got some wonderful sunset pictures. It was very relaxing and plenty of room for 3 families. Unfortunately, we spent more time running around than staying to enjoy the condo, but it was nice to come home to. A great place and I would highly recommend it to others. Looking forward to another vacation somewhere and I will definitely be checking out vrbo first. Due to a mix up, the Virginian was double booked and the owner gave us her personal home in Fairhaven ( it will soon be a B and B.) If you EVER get the chance to stay there, TAKE IT. I think it will be listed as the Fairhaven. It is a doll house and convenient and a five star home. It was a potentially horrible situation made into an incredibly positive one.
