We spent a week at the house for our Birch Bay family reunion and it was great. It had all the amenities we needed, the kitchen is large and great for cooking. It is only a block from the beach and the State Park, and we had some beautiful walks. The yard was fully enclosed, which was great for the dog. My son loved trying XBox, and Netflix was great for an evening relaxing movie. The house got great reviews from my siblings, dad and nephews too.

Very relaxing. Nice kitchen and very spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Private Beach access but about 2 miles from the town. 3 small rooms but comfortable enough for a family stay. Blankets, utensils, kitchenware provided. A very homey feeling. Good to rent for a big family reunion, but limited rooms however downstairs is big enough to sleep on the floor. I would come back again!

It was nice, quiet and relaxing!! I did have a couple compliants thou..... some of the items listed that the house would have, weren't there, also there was dirty sheets on one of the beds, we know this because when we cleaned them the stain came out. Because of this we cleaned all the sheets!!! Other then that we had a great time and would come back:)

Spent 10 days in Birch Bay early in July. Lucked into renting this 3 bedroom, 2 story vacation home only 1 block from the beach! It has a fenced yard so we could bring our little dog and she could enjoy the salty ocean air. The home had everything we needed to make our vacation special. It even rained one day and my husband and son spent the day learning how to play Halo. The free Netflix account came in very handy. What a great vacation!

Gma and Gpa left frozen Montana and escaped to Birch Bay House to have a visit with our grandchildren. The location is wonderful: short walk to the beach and the state park. We enjoyed pretty much all the comforts of home; there were a few mixups, but were slight compared to the enjoyment of family. The children loved "Xbox."

Our family enjoyed our Easter weekend (4/10 - 4/12/09)at the Birch Bay vacation home #11914 - home was equipped with everything, all we needed to take were our toothbrushes and few personal things & of course our food - in addition, home was very cozy & comfortable, and only minutes away from the beach, it was awesome!

I would highly recommend this Birch Bay House. All the comforts of home and then some. Me & Family enjoyed inspite of the weather. Bikes were great . Bath with jets was a much loved surprise. I would have loved to stay longer then we did. This was a perfect place to stay.

This house is perfect size for a family of 4-6. Fenced backyard is great for kids and for lounging adults. Location is not on ocean, but an easy walk to it and to the nearby state park. Only negative feedback was the dirty carpets and couches which both need to be replaced or thuroughly/deep cleaned. Assuming this happens in the near future, this is a great vacation spot for any family. House was well-stocked with all the goodies for a good vacation -- kitchen needs like ketchup, mustard and spices as well as a pantry full of left-overs from the groups before. The grill in the backyard was just like mine - slow cooker with smoking capability.

I don't have young children - but this is a great vacation place for families. Private back yard, easy walk to the beach, right next to Birch Bay State Park. If you're expecting outstanding decor - this isn't it...if you want some quiet and relaxation with your children - young or old - enjoy!
