This exquisite home in a perfect setting provides privacy and location which equals Perfect Vacation!
Breath taking panoramic mountain views from the front and back decks, top of the line 6 person hot tub, multi function steam/sauna shower, 6 foot whirlpool soak tub, central heating and air conditioning, big screen TV, and game room.
This 2500 square foot Log Home is open, spacious and comfortable. Home was extensively remodeled in early 2007 and most everything is brand new including flooring, bathrooms, furniture and linens. Master bedroom is over sized with king bed, its own bathroom including brand new steam shower and private deck with its own entrance. The second bedroom bath suit has a king bed and the third bedroom sports a queen + full and is just adjacent to the third bathroom that boasts a brand new six-foot whirlpool soak tub.
Near all the attractions of the Black Hills of South Dakota including Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse Mountain, Jewel Cave, Wind Cave, and Deadwood to name a few. A perfect Sturgis Rally Rental! This is one of the most unspoiled and beautiful areas you will visit. 2 miles from the town of Hot Springs, with 18 hole Golf Course, The Mammoth Site (featured on the Discovery Channel), and Evans Plunge Natural Hot Springs. Very close to The Wild Horse Sanctuary, Wind Cave National Park, and Custer State Park where the Deer, Elk, and majestic Buffalo do actually roam free. Many motion pictures have been shot in the area including Hidalgo, Crazy Horse, Dances with Wolves, Thunderheart, A Man Called Horse, How the West Was Won, and Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind.

I visited in December 2007, with my husband and mother. The home is in a great location and easy to find. We are choosy about a place to stay. The home is pristinely clean and extremely well cared for by the owners who are very accomodating. There is alot of room, a quiet and wonderfully relaxing setting. Terrific amenities to help destress. Hot Springs is just a few miles away and has great coffee shops and spas. We appreciated the owners who took great care in providing information about the town, down to the hours of the grocery stores. We have stayed in many private home and condo rentals and this is by far the best experience. We had stellar service by the owners and upon check out already booked our next stay. I would love to keep this place a secret just for us...but felt compelled to share my experience so others can rejuvenate and enjoy this property !!

Lovely place to stay. Clean, well maintained and not cluttered. Our 2 girls (2 and 4 years) loved the freedom to run around in and outside. Attractions visited included Mount Rushmore, Mammoth Site, Custer State Park - check out wildlife loop and Needles Highway, Lake Sulivan all very close drive. Rapid City about an hour away, went to RCUS church there. Weather good ranging from morning coffee out on the sunny deck to snow flurries! Saw deer up close first thing in morning. Younger children need supervision outside since there are a number of open stairways. Would suggest the local sports club for eating out - lovely meal and friendly staff. Owners very friendly and eager to accomodate our needs. Would recommend this property to you.
