• Deposits: Deposit of half down is due with the signed Rental Agreement. The balance is due two weeks prior to arrival. A Damage Deposit of $1200.00 is due in a seperate check two weeks prior to arrival. We hold the Damage Deposit until after check out and then mail the check if there is no damage to the home. We accept personal or business checks in the exact amount only.
