Area Description

This cottage is located in a secluded, private residential development on a small local mountain in the Asheville/Black Moutain area. This quaint mountain town is known for excellent antique shopping, restaurants and folk culture events such as the annual Sourwood Arts and Crafts Fair. It's within a one hour drive of ski resorts to the north and the west. Canoeing, whitewater rafting and other popular lakes and rivers are within 1 to 1-1/2 hrs. driving distance.
