Description of the Blairsville vacation cabin rental

Over 400 feet of privately owned creek front awaits you at this newly renovated cabin in the North Georgia mountains! Only 10 minutes from Vogel State Park and about 30 minutes from Helen, our cabin is only about 5 miles south of Blairsville shopping and restaurants, and is very easily accessible. Along with the creek, you also have a great mountain view - especially in the fall and winter when all the foilage is falling and has all completely fallen!

Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the mountains, visit some of the local waterfalls, or travel east about 30 minutes for a train ride through the mountains. Whitewater rafting is only about an hour away, and tubing is available just south of the cabin.

You may just want to spend a day or two looking down at the creek from the wrap around porch or one of the multiple decks, or enjoy getting your feet wet in the creek!

Area Information

Blairsville offers beautiful scenery, waterfalls, grocery stores, and restaurants. The quaint little town has all the conveniences you need (even a Super Wal Mart)BUT not the commercialization and traffic of some of the other mountain towns.

Don't spend partof your vacation time tied up in traffic! Just jump in your car and travel 15 minutes north to a huge flea market near Murphy, North Carolina or 30 minutes west to a scenic train ride through the mountains in Blue Ridge. Helen and Dahlonega are only 35 - 40 minutes away, and Hiawasse with the Georgia State Fairgrounds (where something is always happening) is only a half hour east. We're only two hours north of Atlanta and two hours south of Asheville, North Carolina.

You can certainly be in three states in just a few minutes, and on your way, see some of the most beautiful scenery ever!

We had a great stay at Creek Song cabins. The cabin was very clean and well equipped with everything you might need to enjoy your stay. We were their with another family and the seperation of levels worked out very nice to give everyone their privacy. We would devinatly recommend this to anyone interested.
