Description of the Blairsville vacation cabin rental

Our mountain home is unique because of the outdoor covered fireplace that has built in seating. The place is nestled in the woods for privacy but only a short drive to town. We have year round mountain views that can be enjoyed from the rocking chairs located on the wrap around deck. Inside you'll find two spacious bedrooms, a large loft, a full dining area and two full bathrooms - master has a garden tub as well as shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, all linens are supplied and there is a laundry room for your convenience. The mountain themed decor, combined with the hickory floors and pine walls create a pleasant setting for your next get away. Don't plan your escape to the mountains only to find yourself in a gated neighborhood of log cabins staring directly at the next "cookie cutter" cabin. You won't find that with our retreat. You will truly have the seclusion you are seeking. Just bring your clothes, food and drink...everything else is here!

Wonderful Hideaway/Getaway

My husband, son and I brought in the New Year at this wonderful cabin. The outdoor fireplace was where we spent the majority of our 3 days as the weather was too cool and rainy for outdoor activities. Even though you are tucked away in the middle of the woods, you have everything you need 5 minutes away - even Walmart! It's a great place to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, with all of the conveniences of home! The cabin is tastefully decorated and well designed with a great porch where you can relax in a rocker and take in the breathtaking view around you!

The pictures on the web did not do the cabin justice. It very is comfortable for a vacation home. The TV went out the second day we were there. The dish company came immediately and it was discovered that the TV needed to be replace. One call to the owners and a new TV was on the way. This type of customer service you would expect at a 5 star hotel. I strongly recommend the property and hope to return.

Absolutely beautiful cabin! Wonderful views of the mountains, close to town (and Walmart)!, secluded... its clean and looks exactly like the pictures. I can not imagine coming back to visit the mountains and staying anywhere else. As soon as my boyfriend and I walked in, we started planning another trip to go back because we didn't want to leave. This is the number 1 choice - hands down!

We stayed at the begining of October. Leaves were just starting to change but very little. The view from the cabin was beautiful. The cabin was more than we expected lots of room and homey. The out door fireplace was really nice. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who would want to go to this area. The owners are so accommodating and reachable. I can't wait to be able to take another vacation their.

Four of us ladies went to the mountains for a getaway. We loved it. Lynne and Bob spared no expense in building the cabin. They did not even describe it as nice as it is. I will stay there again and again. We even ran out of wood for the outdoor fireplace and called Lynne will we were out and about. We got home about an hour later,,there was wood!! Amazing is all I can say!!!!

My first visit to this cabin was in the Fall of 2010. I was so impressed with the amenities, accommodations, views and location that I immediately on my return home contacted the owners and booked a week in June. This time bringing my sister, brother-in -law and husband. My first visit was a "girls" weekend. We had a wonderful time and even though it was June, enjoyed the outdoor fireplace & definitely utilized the barbeque! The location is close to hiking trails, white water rafting, and horseback riding which we all enjoyed! The cabin is comfortable and has beautiful views. You can't beat waking up in the morning and sitting on the porch with your coffee and seeing deer grazing at the end of the driveway! Would definitely return and plan to!
