Description of the Blairsville vacation home rental

This home is great for Cyclist, hikers or people that want to relax! Very close to Brasstown Bald and the 3 gaps!!

It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, pack n play, toddler bed. Plenty of toys for the children. The house is 3 levels for complete privacy..Perfect for 2 families. The master bathroom has a shower and a large hot tub with a great view of the mountain, double sinks and a small balcony out the master room.

Free WIFI, Flat screen TV, cable

Area attractions:
Tubbing at Paddy's, blueberry picking, Vogel State park, Lake WInfield Park,
Brasstown Bald!

Upcoming Events:
Misty Mountain Model Railroad Tours: on going starting May 1 through Decemner 29 in Blairsville. (on sat)

Friday Concerts series: ongoing through May-October in Union County court House in Blairsville 7pm

There is a screened porch with dinning table and a larger porch is attached. The views are of the national forest land so all you see is trees very peaceful. We have chairs for the porch.

The terrace level has a queen size bedroom and a toddler bed is in that room. Then there is a living room with a pull out sofa that also has a porch with a gas grill.

Our home is a short drive (15 minutes) from Vogel State Park, Downtown Blairsville, Brasstown Bald and Russell Scenic Hwy.

Helen is a 30 minute beautiful drive.

You can hike from our home to the Coosa backcountry trail...Hike to Blood Mountain, Vogel State Park...Or you can hike about 1 mile to a great stream...

Area Information

Very private, Great views of Blood mountain, Slaughter Gap..Not a house in sight to obstruct your view.

Minutes away you can tub the Coosa river, the town of Blairsville is 6 miles away, Vogel State park 6 miles away with a beach, paddle boats, putt-putt, swing sets, great hikes, picnic tables, fishing!!!

GREAT PLACE

This is truly a great place to stay!! Its a free standing home so you have privacy and you're secluded from all the other vacationers. The house was clean and well equipped so packing was easy. The owners were quick to respond to my emails and answered all my questions. My family loved the house and we will definitely book it again on out next trip.

Nice Private Cabin with a Beautiful Mountain View

There was a very nice view from the deck and windows. Very private with no other homes in sight. Great for the nature lover with many walking trails and waterfalls nearby but not too far from town. Home was roomy and decorated nicely and the jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. We enjoyed the screened in part of the deck and ate several meals outside. We would recommend this home to others.

What a Thanksgiving should be!

When we decided to go to Blairsville for the week of Thankgiving we had no idea that our week would turn out so wonderful from the weather to the Home we rented we truely felt blessed. Great Family Getaway

We planned our trip on very short notice but everything turned out great. We enjoyed our stay very much. Even my 10 year old son commented on the beautiful morning view. Lots of trout steams in this area, it was great.

Best Cabin Weekend Ever

This cabin is wonderful! The location is very private. We spent the entire first day on the screened porch enjoying the amazing view. The view seems almost too beautiful to be real. It reminded us of a painted movie background. The cabin style is one of simple elegance. It was clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. The layout is perfect for couples traveling together as each of the 3 levels has a bedroom and full bath. We thought we might take a drive at some point but we were so content that we never left the cabin. We opened all the windows when we arrived and did not need the air until the last day - and in August! Dealing with Allison was a pleasure. Try this one. You will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed our five day stay in this very private,beautiful cabin with awesome views of the mountains all around. The cabin was very clean and neat and after a trip to the grocery store we had everything we needed to help us have a wonderful vacation.
