Description of the Blairsville vacation home rental
Location, location, location! We have a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with 2 car garage. Comfortably furnished with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main floor, along with main living area. The lower floor is finished with a sitting area, TV, small kitchen, and game room with ping pong. Main living has a great room with fireplace, formal dining, kitchen and breakfast nook with many windows to enjoy the beauty outside. There is a porch with rockers overlooking the noisy creek below. There is a deck with plenty of seating for enjoying the beauty of the mountain view. We also have an outdoor firepit so you can cook hot dogs and make smores if you like. You can walk down so the creek and look for gold or gems or just sit up on the deck and watch the clouds drift over the mountains. Its one of the most peaceful places you can be.
Area Information
Blairsville, deep in the heart of the Chattahoochee National Forest and North Georgia's Blue Ridge Mountains. There are many activities to enjoy including hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding, as well as watersports on two lakes: Nottely and Winfield Scott. Vogel State Park is nearby and is the 2nd oldest state park in Georgia. It has camping, hiking and a beautiful lake for fishing. Tubing is also fun in the area at Pappy's just down the road. Shopping abounds with many new stores popping up all the time. Our local favorite is Sunrise Grocery just a short walk from the house. Alexander's Store is a wonderful adventure and there is "everything under the sun". Blairsville has a lot to offer and our home is in an excellent location to experience all of the North Georgia Mountains. Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, Hiawassee and Helen are an easy drive. Come enjoy the serenity and peace of our beautiful North Georgia Mountain Home.
