Description of the Blakeslee vacation chalet rental

This unique chalet is perfect for multi family vacations. First floor sleeps 4 - 6 with a living room with woodburner stove, t.v., dining room, full kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower and two bedrooms with one queen and one full.
Second floor sleeps 8 with another living room with fireplace,t.v. dining room, full kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, two bedrooms with one queen and one full bed.
Third floor large loft bedroom has two queen size beds. Small sitting room next to loft bedroom has another sofa and t.v.
House is situated in a private development on a one acre wooded lot.

Area Information

Located just three miles from the Pocono Raceway off of Rt. 155, we are close to Jack Frost, Big Boulder and Camelback.

Great house!

January 6, 2013

A couple of friends and I stayed there for five days and there were about ten of us. My first impression of the house was that it was very spacious and had its own character. The bedrooms were all a really good size and the fact that there were two kitchens really made it easy for all of us. It was also very clean and everything was organized and available for us right away. The location was close to Big Boulder and Camelback which was very convenient for us because we went skiing and snowboarding three times. The area around the house was also very peaceful and remote, which was a nice added bonus. Overall we had a great stay!

I would tell anyone looking for a place to relax and have a good time with plenty of room in and out the house, to go check this house out.. it meet our every need and it was a nice homey place to relax. you will enjoy the time spend there because we sure did and will be going again very soon.. A place that i really said you should check out for breakfast as well as lunch is CHAT and CHEW the food was really good as well as the people were very nice... we didnt have phone recption but it was a good getaway and no one bother so everyone should really go check it out... :)

This is the second time I have rented this property. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. The house is clean, roomy and comfortable. For two years in a row, my friends and I have enjoyed our stay. We use the house for our annual ski trip. It is not far from Jack Frost/ Big Boulder. Just Perfect!
