Description of the Blanchard vacation townhouse rental
Two townhomes connected, on 15th fairway.Ramblers,with southwest interiors,with 2 king beds,flat screen tv,propane fireplace, all amenities of home.Clubhouse and restaurant 3 minutes away.Silverwood theme park, 40 minutes away, just north of Coeur d'alene.Golf,skiing,hiking,hunting and boating.Great, challenging golf course, fun to play. New clubhouse and driving range, completion in 2011.
Area Description
Open meadow land, in valley behind Mt. Spokane. Enter by Lake SanSucci, to top of hill, at stop sign, clubhouse on left, sales office on right. Left down hill through golf course, to Columbia Blvd, left to townhomes on left. Very private, no traffic area. Very peaceful, beautiful area!

We have found StoneRidge to have many real people, and have made many friends for life.
We have found StoneRidge to be a very layed back, friendly place to kick back and enjoy a long weekend of golf or whatever tickles your fancy. Restaurant only 10 min. away to walk or walking path across the street. Some like the theme park at Silverwood, only 15 miles away.All kinds of rides!
