Description of the Block Island vacation condo rental

Full kitchen, Two Bedroom, Two Bath Condo. Quiet and Clean. Can sleep 6. Walk to Marina, beach, pool, movie theatre, playground, skate park, restaurant, coffee & ice cream shop, bike and moped rental. Furnished Back deck with grill has a lovely view of Great Salt Pond. A path leads you right to the beach loaded with hermit crabs, blue & spider crabs and lots of sea glass.

Located on the West Side of the island, it is out of town but not out of reach. Airport and Old Harbour are two minutes away. Pathway from pool area leads you to a beach.

• Required Stay: Monday to Monday weekly. One, two and three night stays available after Sept. 1st
   
• Deposits: $1000.00 Deposit and full week rate due at time of reservation. Deposit refundable upon satisfactory inspection after vacating. For One, Two and Three night stays, full rate due at time of reservation. No deposit required. No refund if cancelled w/i 7 days of stay.
   
• Other Fees: Renter has option of cleaning the condo themselves or paying for a cleaning service. condo will be checked by property manager before refunding deposit. Please notify owner at time of reservation if you need to schedule cleaning service. Off Season rates: (9/1-10/13)$1600 weekly. $200/night. Two night minimum

This was a great location and a great island even in the 4 days of rain. Location was great as well, walking into town, the grocery or the Oar bar! Where we became regulars..... The guys enjoyed all the fishing off of Coast guard road (?). So thank you and I look forward to returing again soon when there is no rain!

We had such a nice time. The condo is out of town but so close to so much. Kids played at the playground next door. Everyone in complex was very friendly! The condo was new and clean! Love the back deck for breakfast!!
