Charming four bedroom home overlooking Cormorant Cove on picturesque Block Island. Very private location,surrounded by conservation land. Excellent condition including all up-to-date appliances and central vac system. Includes a small private beach, and the use of two kayaks, a one person,rated for under 125 lbs and a full size two man kayak.

Area Information

Located on a long gravel private road coming from Champlin Rd. on Cormorant Cove. The property is away from the hussle and bussle of the villiage area, but only a short 10 minute bike ride away.

We loved staying at this house. Clamming for our dinner, kayaking, swimming, eating on the deck over looking the cove was great.
