Description of the Blue Mountain Beach vacation home rental

Location:
Surfside Six is within the 30a neighborhood which is one of the most popular areas of Florida to visit. We are keeping our rates low.

We are in Blue Mountain Beach which is one of the most laid back areas left along the 30a stretch.

We are within a few hundred yards of sugar white sands that were voted one of the top 10 beaches in the US a few years back.

The neighborhood is quiet. We are on a street that dead ends so you don't have busy traffic.

Amenities:

Surfside Six has four bedrooms, each having their own private bath, and one on the first floor, perfect for traveling with another family.

There is a balcony on the third floor overlooking the back of the house giving you privacy.

A grass landscaped backyard, along with a deck, table and chairs, gas grill. Lights go on at night in the backyard, perfect for entertaining.

Its beautifully decorated without having been done by professional decorators. A house with its unique personality is what most people want for their vacations.


Surfside Six has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. It is three floors high. Everything has been renovated. New kitchen cabinets, counters, tiles, molding, paint,bathroom cabinets are granite, new washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishes, back deck, landscaping, house pavers and lighting. It has parking for three cars.

When you walk in the first floor, your kitchen and eating area is to the left and living room with a closet with washer dryer to your right. Also a glass door our to the backyard which has a back and side fence. Up the stairs are two bedrooms, to the left one bedroom with twin beds and tv. In side the bedroom is a bathroom. On the other side is the master bedroom which also has its own private bathroom. A bay window is in the room. Bed is a queen.

Going up from the second floor twin room is another set of stairs. At the top is a porch looking out to the backyard.
To the left a blue beachy look bedroom with tall angled ceilings and a private bath in the room. The opposite side is a lavender/purple room with tall angled ceilings, bay window and private bath also. A twin bed is in the room.

All rooms and living room have tv. There is playstation 2, games, books, etc.

This is new for rent and we are renting it less than next year so take advantage of great prices.

We allow only a dog to be in the home. A pet fee of $75.00 is required and is non refundable if you plan on bringing your dog.

Security to hold home is $250.00 refundable within two weeks of your stay.

Stays of one week or more includes your Florida State taxes and housecleaning fees.

We are between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach, close to cafes, artists galleries and specialty shops along 30a. Also 25 minutes from Destin and 30 from Panama City. Blue Mountain Beach is close to is great restaurants,public beaches, walking and biking trails, state parks and away from extreme congestion/ No condos in the area are higher than 4 floors, a beautiful area. You will love Scenic 30a.

There are wonderful restaurants in the area, a local shop called Sallys By The Sea Store for quick items, gifts, gas,cafe. You are right off 30a which is an incredible road with 14 beach towns, each with different home styles, a variety of cuisines and shops.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. The house is even better than the photos.... it has everything you need. We would come back here in a heart beat.
