This beach home was designed to maximize the unbeatable view of the water, while creating a living space to accommodate large groups with ample room for cooking and dining together. Redfish is a beautifully appointed home with all the modern amenities you'd expect from a luxury vacation rental.

Spend hours on the beach, playing in the surf, building sandcastles and netting crabs. You'll want to call everyone together in the early evening to enjoy sunsets from the spacious porch or upstairs balcony.

You'll have the best of both worlds; enjoy the bustle of Seaside, then retreat to the quiet of Blue Mountain Beach just minutes away. Walk down to the Blue Mountain Creamery for some homemade ice cream and La Loba's bakery for organic sweets and sensational carry out meals. For the Health of It, a health food store and juice bar, McTigh's Irish Pub and Pizza Joint, Marie's Bistro, Nick's Seafood and Take Note Music Hall, a new live music venue, are all within a few minutes walk.

There is a 23-mile paved bike path running alongside 30A; if you don't have a bike there are nearby rental shops. Oftentimes we park the car and use our bikes all week!

Both saltwater and freshwater fishing abound: fish for bluefish, spanish mackerel, amberjack, grouper, red snapper, speckled trout, pompano, black drum, cobia, and, of course, redfish.

This is the bedroom setup at Redfish:

-One is on the main floor with 2 queen sized beds.
-On the second floor is the master bedroom with private bath and a king-sized bed.
-On the second floor is the second master with a king sized bed and a daybed
-On the second floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed.
-On the third floor is a loft space, with a built-in ladder, and 2 twin beds.
-There is a twin daybed on the catwalk.

We have a management company on call 24/7 should any issues arise.

If you've never been to Seaside, you're in for a treat. It is a picturesque town with unique architecture, picket fences and homes tightly knit to encourage walking and a community feel. Its 'walk-to-anywhere' design includes a gourmet food market, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, restaurants, art galleries, and small boutiques all centered around a town square with an outdoor amphitheater. Seaside was featured in the 1997 motion picture The Truman Show.

If you feel like a change of pace, you can drive the 25 miles to Destin, where you can tour the Gulfarium (an aquarium with over 200 mammals, fish, birds and reptiles) take a Dolphin Cruise, go to the Hard Rock Cafe or shop at one of the more than 100 stores located in the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. In the other direction is Panama City Beach, where you can stroll the Boardwalk at the new Pier Park, with nearly 100 shops and restaurants, or try to get your name on the 'best times' board at the Gran Maze at Coconut Creek Family Fun Park.

You won't be disappointed with the area, and we know you'll want to come back again and again to our little piece of heaven on the Gulf. Redfish is truly a beach house where you can unwind and create family memories together.
