Description of the Boca Grande vacation townhouse rental

Beautiful 2200 square foot living space of luxerous townhouse living. Two queen size sleigh bedrooms, double bedroom with internet access and children's bedroom. 3 full baths, one with whirlpool and one handicapped access for showering. Townhouse features a private elevator to avoid any stair taking as well. Granite countertops with 10 foot ceilings in open kitchen with leather furniture and flat screen 3 televisions include cable and on demand. Located one mile from the Boca Grande Causeway on Gasparilla Road to the island of dolphins and manatees. Townhouse has community tennis courts, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and health fitness center. A large clubhouse surrounds all your needs to get togethers as well and can be rented for special weddings and parties. Garage is large and able to accommodate a small boat and two cars. Coral Creek access is limited. Four porches are included for outside relaxation including a gas grill. 8 in dining area sitting. Large island in kitchen with full amenities microwave, iron, hair dryer. All sheets, towels are included plus maid service. Fully gated community with access code.

Area Information

Boca Grande bridge is located one mile next to townhouse and is 30 minutes away from Ft Meyers Airport. Located on Gasparilla Road with access to shopping for food publix and post office. A very quiet and restful, relaxing area but with full access to the island and conveniently located to main roadway back to restaurants and Englewood beaches.

Christmas Vacation

Wonderful experience! Two families living in harmony during Christmas holidays. Fantastic location and the grounds were everything we could hope for. Christmas Turkey dinner cooking while we entertained ourselves at the pool and clubhouse area. Convenient distance to all amenities and attractions. Local beaches on Gaspirilla were a welcome diversion. The town home had plenty of space for us. The Dining area gave us ample room for our evening meals and allowed us to set up board games for family gatherings. Enclosed porch was an excellent way to spend the morning with a coffee and a better way to enjoy the night with friends. The elevator was most welcomed as a member of our group was with crutches and used it daily. Overall, it was our most memorable family vacation ever! Thank you Doreen B. for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home.

You are very welcome, I hope you return next year. We have added extra phones, cable on demand with music channels, gas grill for cooking and added more pictures for a more home away from home feel.

Personal elevator that links from garage entry level to bedroom level allows all luggage to not be carried. Also groceries are no longer needed to be carried, but level one allows elevator to open directly into kitchen entry way.

Very quiet area for resting. Great location to see friends in Englewood and not far from Publix shopping. Great for boat ramp accessability too.

You must want to relax and retreat to nature. A blissful peaceful experience of true nature and family bonding.
