Fantastic Vacation Rental

Thank you Ned + Marta for a wonderful vacation! We were 6 adults and 2 young children and enjoyed the all the amenities. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and very well equipped. There were even toys for the kids in the garage that Ned and Marta welcomed us to use and many pool accessories. We would highly recommend this property and are hoping to come back again nex year!

A must stay

This rental property was perfect in every way. Centrally located and the home had all the amenities you would need. Gas grill was brand new and the kitchen was fully equipped. The home was spotless upon our arrival. The owners were very accommodating when checking in and checking out along with a beautiful basket full of fruit, candy, chips etc. The pool was clean and visited by the owner to vacuum every Sunday. Plenty of pool toys! I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

We stayed in this house for 2 months when we moved to Florida. It has everything you need and more... Comfortable living, clean, plenty of space, 5 TVs with lots of channels, fast Wi-Fi, nice kitchen, and the best thing is the backyard & pool! BBQ and ping-pong table were nice extras. The location is great for west Boca. Cul-de-sac, nice neighborhood. Owners friendly and helpful. Recommended!

Great home...very comfortable beds;.. beautiful kitchen with all necessary amenities;.. high definition TV's in every room including the kitchen;.. good comfortable furniture;.. fabulous outside area with beautiful heated pool, "BAR-B-Q", lawn chairs / patio table,AND, the great "PING PONG TABLE". We had a wonderful time, we enjoyed the large house, the patio with shaded area, the pool, the barbecue. The house is large, with big bedrooms, large kitchen and living room, very well equiped, we had everything we needed to feel comfortable, just like home. Nothing was missing, except for functioning smoke detectors (maybe the owner will want to replace them). Ned and Marta were great, very nice people, who wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable; they left us little extras to welcome us. They're available to fix if anything is broken and Ned took good care of the pool while we were there. Well located, residential area, close to everything. I would strongly recommend this place, very good value for the price. Thanks Ned and Marta !

Great house with all the amenities

Five of us stayed there recently, and it was just great. Marta and Ned made sure that everything went smoothly, The house is beautiful, and we made great use of the pool, the ping-pong table, and all the other many recreational amenities available. The living accomodation was very comfortable with a great kitchen, barbecue etc. Shopping, movies etc. are also nearby.

My family loved this place! great pool, & backyard, patio, grill etc. It had it all. Lots of TVs, great kitchen. Nicely decorated with plenty of room for the 6 of us. We would rent this place again. Marta & Ned thought of just about everything!

There are no disappointments to be had with this rental!! My sister and I took our five daughters and our mother to Boca for a week and stayed in this lovely bungalow. It was spacious, spotless and extremely well situated--close to ALL shopping (malls, grocery stores, ROSS', Marshalls, Walgreens, even Starbucks!); close to the airport, I95, the turnpike, golf, and flea markets. The hosts were accomodating, informative and left us well prepared with coffee, snacks, cream and even paper towels! The extras were amazing--we were outfitted with ample towels, bikes!, scooters, beach chairs, cooler, putters, even exercise equipment! There were plenty of tvs for the kids, wireless internet and reclining sofas--that all enjoyed. We highly recommend this rental! We were SO pleasantly pleased with everything!

Great place to stay

We came down with 5 people had the best time. Everyone had their privacy. The house was very beautiful and the people that welcomed us were very nice. They showed us around when we got there left us snack and soda and lots more. Its very clean and nice in the house.. Were planning to come back there again sometime in the year 2010. It was a pleasure staying there. Everything is located close to the house so it wasn't a far drive to anything. It was a great experience.

We stayed at this house for two weeks and had a wonderful time. Great location near stores and restaurants. At one point we had 6 people sleeping here and everyone had their privacy. Marta provided us with everything we needed. The pool was great and we had lots of fun with the ping-pong table. I would gladly stay here again in the future.
