The home is located in West Boca Raton in a quiet neighborhood. It is a fully furnished home with many amenities. We have wireless High-speed internet, cable, DVD, phone, 47" plasma TV, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, dining room, living room set, 1 king bed, 2 queen bed, 2 twin beds. It is very well located, close to everything you could ever think of.

It is a NON SMOKING property!

Just think of how much a hotel would cost during high season in Florida versus a property with 4 bedrooms and a private pool. This is the best deal you can ever get.

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check
Check In: 1 p.m.
Check Out: 1 p.m.
Required Stay: 1 week min 1 year max
Lodging Tax: 10%
Deposits: To reserve your dates a non refundable 50% of the amount agreed upon must be paid by credit card thru Pay Pal, personal check, cashiers check, or money order. Final payment must be received 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Other Fees: $500 refundable security deposit is required. This will be refunded within 7 days if there is no damage to the property.If maid service is needed, an additional payment of $125.oo is required as many time you need this service.

We came down with 5 people had the best time. Everyone had their privacy. The house was very beautiful and the people that welcomed us were very nice. They showed us around when we got there left us snack and soda and lots more. Its very clean and nice in the house.. Were planning to come back there again sometime in the year 2010. It was a pleasure staying there. Everything is located close to the house so it wasn't a far drive to anything. It was a great experience.

We stayed at this house for two weeks and had a wonderful time. Great location near stores and restaurants. At one point we had 6 people sleeping here and everyone had their privacy. Marta provided us with everything we needed. The pool was great and we had lots of fun with the ping-pong table. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

I came into town with my family for a wedding and couldn't be happier with our choice of rentals! The neighborhood is quiet, house is spacious, back yard is beautiful & pool was great! Conveniently located close to the Florida Turnpike and I-95, we had easy access everywhere! All-in-all, a great experience!
