Description of the Boca Raton vacation home rental

Our brand new 5 star ' La Vida Boca' is a spacious 2000 sq ft 2 bedroom private luxury pool home which offers two fabulous Master Suites (both with King Size Beds, pillow top mattresses and both have large wall mounted Plasma TVs) each with brand new modern & fresh en-suites and plenty of closet space. The open and spacious living area has beautiful dark chocolate wood floors and offers a luxury Queen Sleeper Sofa, 50' Plasma TV, DVD, premium TV channels, adjacent to the living room is a wonderful separate dining area overlooking the stunning private pool and deck area. The property boasts a a very large & private back garden with a fabulous pool area, a full size barbeque and plenty of comfortable lounging areas for you to enjoy and relax after a tough day shopping or spending a fabulous day at the nearby local beach! You will also have use of a private 1 car garage during your stay.

In all of our POSHPADZ Properties we only use the finest luxury pillow top mattresses, the most up to date interior & exterior design furnishings and top of the line electronics and each property has a very spacious & modern fully equipped kitchen as well as separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. All of our properties include large HDTV Plasma screens, Premium cable service, free local phone service, and complimentary high speed WI-FI internet. We also include beach chairs & plenty oversized beach towels for all our guests as well as hairdryers in each bathroom ( along with universal adaptors for our foreign guests usage), and of course we supply you with fun water toys for the children to play with at the beach or the pool & a wide variety of board games , movie & music DVDs, and plenty of interesting books & magazines suitable for all ages for those days when you just feel like relaxing at home! Luxury linens & plush towels are always provided in a POSHPADZ property, as are soft and cozy bathrobes for each guest which will be hanging in the guest suite closets of your private unit for your lounging enjoyment during your stay.

Area Description

Brand new 'La Vida Boca' is just a short stroll to the beach,and less than 2 minutes walking distance to the fabulous Mizner Park which offers many wonderful open air restaurants & cafe's, boutique shops, & entertainment (outdoor ampitheatre) venues as well as being approximately less than 10 minutes drive to either the Town Center shopping Mall or the downtown Delray Beach area and all its wonderful specialty boutiques , sidewalk cafés and art galleries along the avenue. This area is truly fantastic and there is plenty to do for all ages....or do nothing at all....just relax : ) You will be also be within 5 minutes drive to many wonderful World Class public golf courses! We are famous for our World Class golfing, with over 160 golf courses in the Palm Beach County alone!

AREA INFO: If tennis is your game of choice, well you will definitely be in the right place!! Palm Beach County is home to some very famous tennis greats, such as Andy Roddick, Chris Evert, along with the legendary sisters Venus & Serena Williams. Our area offers over 1,100 private & public tennis courts, including top-notch tennis at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, The Breakers, Four Seasons Resort, PGA National Resort & Spa and The Ritz Carlton. The Grand Slam Delray Beach Tennis Center , which is just steps from the stylish downtown Atlantic Avenue, touts 14 clay & 7 hard courts, 19 of which are lighted for night play. The options are numerous and you're sure to enjoy the game no matter where in paradise you choose to play!
This area is truly fantastic and there is plenty to do for all ages, and is also one of the safest area's in all of Southern Florida making it a perfect holiday destination.
