Boca House Rental Winter of 2013

We enjoyed staying at this house very much. It is convenient to stores, and very easy to get to the beach(10 minutes). The beaches in Boca are very nice. You pay $53 and can go to the 3 beaches anytime. We came with our 2 dogs and were warmly welcomed as we were by the owner Jolie. For dog lovers they have the nicest dog park I have ever been to. Make sure to get a permit at city hall or you can get a ticket, The beach pass also covers the dog park, When we arrived Jolie met us at the house. The home was very clean, and inviting. Any concerns that came up during our 3 month stay Jolie was prompt to rectify. The only down sides to this rental was that they had no cable TV, or internet. The pool is not heated so we did not get that much use of it. However sitting in the yard just looking at the pool was always nice. This house is on a residential street and on a quiet block. I would have no problem recommending this property.

Nice little property

We lived there for two months while relocating. Property served the purpose. Needs a little maintenance and some newer or more useful furniture, but otherwise was reasonable. Landlords are very nice and accomodating. One final recommendation is that they might want to have the HVAC serviced. Othewise, the electrice usage at the house seems rather high for a small 2b/2b house.

After your advice, we bought a brand New AC unit, yes, the electric went down so low I could hardly beleive it!
Thank you! We also added more furniture, we like to keep it clutter free- but comfy!
The house was orginally a 3/2 and made it into a huge master bedroom!
