Description of the Boise vacation townhouse rental

New beautifully decorated, centally located townhome with a spa!!Close to downtown Boise, BSU, the river greenbelt, shopping, airport, golf courses, I84 and just 45 minutes to Bogus Basin Ski Area. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, one is master suite with queen size bed, double sink full bath and large walk-in closet. Second room also has queen bed, third has a trundle(2 twins or king). Laundry room and another full bathroom off hall. Below is a powder room, large well equipped kitchen with nice upgraded built-in appliances, breakfast bar opens to great room with dining table and living room. Home is fully furnished with comfortable leather couch and easy chair, nice tropical decor. Lovely garden backyard with fountain, hot springs spa and large propane BBQ. Central heat and A/C
We travel frequently and are offering our home when we're away for $150/night 3 night or $450. minimum and a damage deposit.

This location was great! Very nicely decorated & very comfortable and cozy. Lots of room and a great back yard/patio area with a BBQ, and Spa, oh and a great water feature. It felt like home away from home not at all like a vacation rental.The owners are great and the neighbors are even friendly. However,there is no cable or dish tv, only antenna with local channels, but so much to do in Boise it didn't really matter.

This was the first time I used VRBO and every expectation was exceeded. We stayed with our friends in this charming, lovely, very spacious, and meticulously clean, new condo. The location was great. It was a very short drive to the downtown area. We loved the outdoor grill and brand new jacuzzi. We came in for the Boise 70.3 triathlon and truly enjoyed ourselves. The property manager was very kind and answered any of our questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Great home; beautifully decorated; plenty of space for extended family. Would recommend to anyone that wants to be with 'walking' distance to downtown. Close to the airport for short commute there as well. Thanks for the use of your home. We had a great time.
