Not far from Modena(8 km) and Bologna (30 km), higway and Bologna airport,in a confortable place not far from italian beautiful cities like Verona, Venice, Florence, Milan.
You can easy arrive to the Adriatic Sea(one hour max. driving), to the wondeful Mountain of Veneto region during the skiing season (Cortina d'Ampezzo is far two hour and half driving)and you can go to Garda's lake in one hour max.
