- Deposits: 50% to hold reservation. Balance due one month prior to occupancy.

It was a great vacation to St. Thomas! The condo was perfect for my husband and I, three teens and 7 year old. We had enough space and loved sleeping to the sound of the ocean crashing on the rocks below us. Bolongo Beach was really fun on Carnival Night. We won a bottle of rum in a dance competition! SO MUCH FUN for the whole family!
The condo was really comfortable and safe. The neighbors were friendly and offered us great advice on where to go for our daily adventures on the island.
I strongly suggest you rent a car if you want to venture beyond the Bolongo Beach. Going to the downtown market place and many island beaches was great. We would stay at Karen's condo again for sure! She was very helpful and her place is BEACHY! Bolongo is beautiful, January 4, 2009

Bolongo Beach is beautiful. The condo has a wonderful view of the bay, beach and the ocean. Soothing waves lulled us to sleep at night and we had access to the resorts amenities. I highly recommend people use the activity service offered at the resort, they happily booked para sailing and sunset cruises. The restaurants were wonderful and unique.
The unit is middle aged, but we were very comfortable there. It is a great location, 10-15 min from Red Hook, or Havensight/Charlotte Amelie. The beach available at the resort was not crowded, unlike other beaches we visited. Perfect vacation, February 17, 2008

Great location steps from pool and beach. Enjoy R & R OR all the entertainment and resort facilties..its up to you. Very well equipped kitchen and linens etc. Very clean and nicely furnished. Great sunsets and sunrises. Housekeeper very helpful. Owner Supplied Testimonials
We have just spent one of the best vacations ever..your condo is lovely and so well equipped...the location perfect. And the pool -wow.,right on te beach. Would highly recommend and the housekeeper was so helpful. We'll be back...McNally family
As soon as we arrived and opened the door to the beautiful views of the ocean and wonderful setting of the pool. At night listening to the waves. The kids have made us promise to return they had a great time. The condo was immaculate and equipped for 8 and plenty of beach towels! Our most fun and also relaxing vacation. Eileen and Doug Mead
We're already planning a visit for next year with our 3 daughters. Highly recommend this condo at Watergate. The housekeeper was there to answer any questions we might have. Everything was great...great accommodation, location, views,activities if required and restaurants. Bob and Toni
