Description of the Bonita Beach vacation condo rental

Located across the street from miles of white, sandy beaches! This completely furnished condominium is a deluxe efficiency studio featuring a kitchen-dining area, living area with tv, cable, telephone, walk-in closet, and a bay view. Facilities include tennis courts,bocce ball, two pools, horseshoe pit, beauty salon and restaurant. Bonita
Springs is just a short drive away from area shopping, restaurants, and golf. Wireless access in lobby, guest laundry facilities, 24 hour security. A very active winter community. Two double beds, pull-out sleeper sofa,screened lanai, elevators. We had no ill effects from Gulf oil spill. Spotless white beaches, well maintained!

This property is located 20 minutes from Ft Myers International Airport, at the end of Bonita Beach Road, in Bonita Springs, Florida. Conveniently located between Ft Myers and Naples, there is something for everyone. Shopping, dining, and nightlife abound just a short distance away.

Beautiful Sunsets

This was our second year at the BBT. This years unit had the beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets. Love the proximity to the beach. Great restaurants in the area. Will highly recommend it.

Great Time

We enjoyed our stay at The Beach and Tennis Club and in this condo. It was great for two people. Would have been sufficient for 2 adults and 2 young children. We walked to the beach everyday, and was close enough to restaurants to walk. The other people in the building were very nice, very welcoming. We had a most enjoyable month.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bonita Beach and Tennis Club. The facilities were clean and the people were friendly and helpful. The location was good, being close to the beach as well as shopping restaurants. The weather was unusually cool for that time of year, but was fine for walks etc.
