Description of the Bonita Springs vacation apartment rental
The air conditioned apartment is on the second floor (no elevator is available). The open floor plan has just been decorated with fresh paint and new carpet. It is completely funished and boasts color TV, free local telephone service (jack for internet access), free washer/dryer, free parking, a fully equiped kitchen, and a 30 ft. screened-in porch with dinning and a view of lush gardens. Bedding, towels, dishes and cooking equipment are all ready for you. Rent by the week at $750 or by the month at $2,000. Discounts are available off season. Week begins on Saturday afternoon and ends on the following Saturday morning. Extensions can be arranged depending upon availability. The property owner resides in one of two adjacent apartments.
Area Description
The apartment is in a residential area of Bonita Springs only minutes from world class beaches (Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach). Bonita Springs is located on the Gulf of Mexico between Ft. Myers/Ft. Myers Beach and Naples, Florida. The area offers shopping from flea markets to shops that define upscale, restaurants of every description, golf, bike paths, shelling, dog racing, water recreation of all kinds on both the Gulf of Mexico and the inland waterways, two state parks (Lover's Key and Delnor-Wiggens), and an array of eco-attractions. Miami and Ft. Lauderdale are within two hours. Or drive about an hour southeast to visit the Everglades where you will see wild life, ride and air boat, or experience Native American culture. Drive about an hour northwest to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Whether you stay in the Bonita neighborhood or use the convenient location as a starting point for da trips to other great spots you should really enjoy the time you spend in Southwest Florida.
