Pet deposit is an additional $250.00 deposit. $150.00 will be refunded less any damage done by pet or if flea treatment is needed this will be deducted.
   
• Other Fees: $500.00 refundable security deposit 100.00 of $250. Pet deposit is kept for cleaning after pet. Two week minimum if available
