Built in 2001, it contains 1,845 square feet of living space that has been designed, decorated, and furnished to provide guests with the comforts of home. It is located on the second floor, has a 1 car- garage, and utility room with washer, dryer, and ironing facilities. The furnishings and the artwork have been carefully coordinated to create a warm, welcoming ambience for guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and large well appointed bathroom with a whirlpool tub, separate shower stall, and twin sinks. The second bedroom has Queen size bed and a full bathroom. The den, which is across the hall from the second bedroom, has a sofa that unfolds into a queen size bed. The living room has several large chairs and a sofa for watching television or a movie. All the rooms have televisions for viewing. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a family size dinner or small meals. There is a china service for 12 as well as 2 sets of informal service-ware. There is a bar that is stocked with appropriate glassware. There are 2 dining areas. In the kitchen, a bar stools seats 2, while in the dining room, a large glass top table can accommodate 4 people. The lanai,fully air conditioned has 2 large Chaise lounges,while you can view a large lake next to the fairway.

We're within minutes of beaches, restaurants and great shopping. Our complex has a heated pool and jacuzzi, lighted tennis courts and gas grills for cooking out by the pool.
