This first floor condominium apartment is located within the quiet Sandpiper neighborhood of the Bonita Bay gated resort community. The unit is turnkey furnished with all appliances, microwave, dishwasher, dryer, all pots and pansd, dishes, linens, 3 TV's and 2 VCR's. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. The den has a sofa sleeper. There is a screened in lanai and an outdoor garden patio. A large pool, outdoor jacuzzi and tennis court are adjacent to the apartment.
Area Description
Bonita Bay is a gated community with 2,400 acres of lush landscaping that offers 10 miles of walking/bike trails, three community parks with playgrounds, grills and free canoes and kayaks are available for exploring the bordering rivers and bay. The on-site Marina Club has a bar and restaurant, as well as chartered boat excursions on Estero Bay. A ten minute shuttle ride offers a day of sun and surf at Bonita Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. This is a private beach with a patk and pavillion setting offering beach chairs, umbrellas, rest rooms, showers and food and beverages.
