Description of the Bonita Springs vacation condo rental

Conviently located on the 1st floor. Condominium in gated golf course community. Golfing is open to the public. 18 holes of golf is $43-$55.00, 9 holes is $33.00. Club rental is $20.00 for 18 holes, and $10.00 for 9 holes. Tropical beautiful folliage setting, quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes to Bonita Beach. Tennis courts, shuffle board, boccie ball, and work out room. Two large bedrooms with queen size beds, master bedroom has own bathroom and sliding door to lani. Lani overlooking pool is off the kitchen. There is a set of bunkbeds in den, an air mattress, 2 couches, and TV, wireless internet, but no phone. There are tennis rackets, beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels at the condo. There are 2 grills at the end of the parking lot off the sidewalk.

Area Information

Bonita beach is just 5 miles down the road, 3 brand new malls just 15 minutes away. Just down the road is the new Coconut Pointe Mall with fine dining, upscale shopping, and movie theaters. This area is growing and spreading to Naples and Ft Myers. Bermuda Links is just 1 minute to City of Bonida Springs Recreation Center where there are baseball diamonds, pool, library, skate park, and more. In the K-Mart plaza there is a 25 cent shuttle that will take you all the way to the Ft.Myers airport, Lover's Key, Ft.Myers Beach, etc. It is a wonderful convenience since parking at the beaches is packed. We have flyers in the condo explaining their route. The kids love to ride it.

Deposits: There is a $1000.00 deposit to hold the condo, which is required 4 months in advance, which will go toward your final bill (this is non-refundable). There is also a $500.00 security deposit which you will get back if there is no damages to the condo. So, a total of $1500.00 is required 4 months in advance. The rest of the money is due 1 month before arrival.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check
Other Fees: There is a cleaning fee of $150.00 if you choose to leave without cleaning. There is bedding available if you choose to use it. That will need to be washed and put away if you are cleaning yourself. Plus, all bathrooms and kitchen cleaned. There is a $100.00 condo association processing fee.

What a great time to be in Florida and what a great place to stay. Everything was clean and neat with all the amenities of home with every kind of vacation activity nearby. The pool was very nice, close by and well cared for. We used it everyday we were there. Restaurants of every kind close by but all the kitchen untensils available for in house meals as well. One of our favorite things was the dinner cruise on the "Princess Naples" out of the harbor in Naples, just a few miles down Route 41. I was able to walk, every day, (3 miles) within the complex and avoid the traffic on the main highways. At night everything was very quiet, no road noise, neighborhood parties, etc. We were able to sleep without any problems. What more could anybody ask for???

I spent the month of March in this unit and it was the best vacation i have ever had, The condo was immacualte.When you enter you are greeted with a huge living room. There is a guest bedroom and a den area with bunkbeds separated by a full bathroom. At the end of the livingroom there is a full dining area. From the dining area you enter a full kitchen with a washer and dryer. Off the kitchen is the master bedroom with another full bathroom. The closet space throughout the unit is incredible. There is a sliding glass door from the kitchen and master bedroom onto a beautiful lanai, which is only a mere twenty steps to the pool,which was described by many owners as the nicest in the complex. The golf course is well maintained and only a five minute walk.My entire family and many friends visited me and were overwhelmed not only with the beauty,but also of the friendliness of everyone we met. We were only 15 minutes from barefoot beach on the gulf. One of the nicest beaches i have ever seen. I have alreadydecided to return next year,looking perhaps to buy. That is how much i loved it
