This beautiful first floor condo is located in the gated Spring Run community at the award winning Brooks. The spectacular view from the lanai is of the 11th fairway across the lake. Located near one of the community's heated pool and jacuzzi this unit is wheelchair accesible and has a 0ne car garage plus extra parking space.

As a non-smoking unit, it has all the comforts of Florida living. The living area, equipped with a ceiling fan, has 12 feet of glass sliders opening onto the lanai, giving you a panoramic view outside the lanai and the 11th Fairway across the lake and a nature preserve as a backdrop. Fully furnished with a 55" television in th living room equipped with VCR and DVD. Master bedroom has a 4 poster king size bed and has a TV/VCR. Master bath features a large double bowl vanity; toilet in private compartment and a generous walk in closet. Second bedroom has a day bed that will sleep 2 and a computer desk equipped with internet access.

Spring Run is one of four communities within the Brooks, an award-winning master planned community by Bonita Bay Group. It is built around an 18 hole, Gordon Lewis-designed golf course with 5 sets of tees for all skill levels. The golf course has recently installed tifeagle greens, it is very playable, in great condition at all times and compares favorably with any other country club in the Bonita- Naples area. Practice area includes a water driving range, a chipping/sandtrap area and a mult- tiered putting green. Professional lessons are available.

For only $312 you can be a transfer member for the length of your stay. The membership enables you and one other person to play unlimited golf while only paying for cart fees (currently $50 per round).

Spring Run Country Club facilities include newly resurfaced tennis courts, multiple neighborhood pools, a beautiful Clubhouse with fitness center, pro shop, bar, a full service restaurant and a pool area. The Clubhouse has just been completely remodeled. The neighborhood pool's provide a charcoal grill for cookouts as well as bathrooms.

Spring Run also has a gorgeous clubhouse which serves lunch every day, has a full service bar and serves dinner several nights a week. There are also periodic special events at the clubhouse.

While the community pool is just steps from the unit, there is also a larger pool at the clubhouse, as well as four tennis courts. The Brooks has numerous bike and walking paths throughout its over 2500 acres. You can really appreciate nature here!
