This completely furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath + den, 1st floor condo is located in picturesque Lighthouse Bay at the Brooks. Has a lovely lake and lighted fountain view from living room, master bedroom and screened lanai. Western exposure is great for watching beautiful sunsets. Includes large, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, all towels and linens, and cable flat screen TV and DVD player in living room and wall hung flat screen TV/DVD in master BR. Queen size bed in master BR & twin beds in 2nd BR. Ceramic tile throughout.

Area Information

Enjoy Lighthouse Bay at The Brooks community with its resort style living and great amenities including 5 pools (One within short walking distance from condo), fitness center, clubhouse, boating, beach, tennis, basketball, enrichment center with complimentary computers and printers, a large wilderness preserve and beautifully landscaped walking and bicycle paths. Includes dining privileges at the popular Rosie Spoonbill's restaurant, a private waterfront restaurant for members and their guests. There is also an on-site activities director with planned daily planned activities for residents. Near I-75, Coconut Point Shopping Center, Miromar Outlets, restaurants and grocery store. This is truly resort style living.

A bit of Paradise!!!!

Knowing the area we were excited to find this 1st floor condo. We were surprised to find a lap pool as well as a very large pool within walking distance...AND a smaller pool right across the street. We read and relaxed on our Lanai, while looking over a lovely pond and fountain. The condo was open and airy, very clean and had all the necessary kitchen tools, etc., for a 2 month stay. The wonderful extras were the beautiful grounds, well maintained pools and activities that were offered. We were maybe 2 miles from Coconut Point, a new shopping/restaurant development, with at least 6 of the finest restaurants and music almost every night. They had a state of the art theater where we saw 6 movies. Although we have always enjoyed going to Naples for an evening, Coconut Point has it beat!!! On the way to and from the Airport(short drive) you pass the best Outlet Mall, a must, to see and shop at. Wayne and I, the owner, became e-mail pals. He either forwarded me info. on activities at Ligh House Bay...or just checked to see if we were comforable or needed anything. We would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Thanks, Wayne and Michelle (whom we have never met) for sharing your lovely 'Bit Of Paradise', with us!!!

A:Planned activities by full-time activities director. Five swimming pools including a lap pool. A satellite pool just steps from condo's front door. Walking trails through beautifully maintained landscaped community. Six lighted tennis courts. Fully equipped fitness center. Canoes, paddle boats and row boats provided free of charge.

Q:What makes your vacation rental special?

A:This is a first floor unit with a direct view of a lighted fountain from the lanai and master bedroom window. Flat screen TVs located in the family room and master bedroom. Clean, well maintained unit with new air conditioner, dishwasher and clothes washer. Kitchen fully equipped with all types of cookware, dishes and utensils.

A:Some to the unique aspects of Lighthouse Bay include all the planned activities, the recreational facilities, the beautiful landscaping, the friendly residents and the convenience to restaurants and shopping including Coconut Point Shopping Center within two miles.
