Sanibel & Captiva Islands are within a short drive & are
great for shelling & the most beautiful Sunsets.

We have stayed at this property three consecutive years and have enjoyed it very much and plan on returning again next year. The owner is accomodating and friendly, and the neighbors also friendly. The unit is immaculate and is fully equipped.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at this condo in Southern Florida!! The accommodations were perfect. This condo is spacious, immaculate, and well appointed.It is in a great location. Close to shopping,restaurants, night life and the beach. Walk out the front door and you are at the pool. We especially enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed several great breakfasts on the lanai. John is a very nice personable guy and was a pleasure to deal with.
