Living Room includes: Corner leather sofa and chair, Samsung flat screen TV (with TV package), I pod Music system, DVD/Blueray Player, high speed WiFi internet with free streaming of blockbuster movies and TV shows to either a computer or the television.

Private outside area (lanai) screened to stop mosquitoes entering and includes four seats and table for outside dining and two reclining chairs for relaxing. The lanai is not overlooked and has a great view towards a natural protected area with Gopher Tortoise.

There is a dining area with 6 to 8 seater table and 6 chairs and also a breakfast bar with two seats.

The kitchen has full cooker, microwave, waste disposal, wine cooler, dishwasher, fridge freezer and everything expected in a kitchen for cooking and entertaining.

The utility room includes storage, washer, dryer and many beach items such as chairs and sunshade etc.

The master bedroom suite includes a USA King sized (UK Super King) bed.

Master bathroom has full bath and shower; there is also a large walk in closet.

The other bedrooms are seperated from the master by a corridor for privacy.

Second bedroom has a USA Queen sized (UK King) bed and large walk in closet.

There is another full bathroom for both the second and third bedroom.

The third bedroom has twin beds and large closet.

The Beach is amazing, great for shelling, quiet without high rise buildings, many free parking spaces (5 miles from the door) and it is possible to hire jet skis, sail boards and boats etc. There are many golf clubs in and around Bonita that differ in price and exclusivity; the closest to the condo is Bonita Fairways.

Other things to do:
There are chances to go fresh and salt water fishing, including deep sea fishing (subject to the purchase of a short term fishing licence). Many charters operate from both Bonita and Naples or just buy a cheap rod and reel and fish from in the numerous rivers or sea.
There are many places to visit along the coast, including Sanibel Island and Marco Island where bicycles can be hired to tour around or you can just drive to a secluded beach or beach side restaurant.
Travelling slightly further afield the Everglades National Park is 25 minutes drive away and Big Cypress National Reserve is 45 minutes drive away. Both allow hiking, wilderness camping and cycling but also at Big Cypress it is possible to hunt wild game including Alligator, Deer, Hog, Turkey, Wildfowl and small furbearers subject to the purchase of a hunting licence and the hunting season.
Within the Everglades it is possible to see the wildlife from an airboat; these are run by numerous local companies and it is not expensive.
Disney World in Orlando is about 4 hours drive away.
Busch Gardens in Tampa is about 2 hours drive away.
The Florida Keys start below Miami and are about two and half hours drive away, Key West can also be reached by boat from Naples.
