Vacation Rental Description

This home has been redone top to bottom and decorated in a classy fun beach color and theme. Walking distance to both Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach. Excellent location in the neighborhood on a quite street, yet steps from all the action on Bonita Beach Rd..pletely redecorated in all rooms with all new furnishings. Decorated in a beach cottage theme, with neutral yet beach colors to set the mood. 25 min walk to beaches and 10 min. on a bicycle (we provide two bikes) - trolley stop just outside the neighborhood goes to the beach every 30 min.

Everything has been done and provided to make sure you enjoy your visit. From pool toys & loungers, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, bicycles, TVS, DVDs to board games. The family room has four overlapping sliding doors that allows the room to be totally open to the Lanai with patio and pool. The pool area features a Tiki umbrella, four chaises for sunbathing, table and chairs for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The pool is both heated and lit, so you can come back after sunset at the beach to relax your evening away.

We recently added a hammock between palms, a Bocci ball court, new vanities for the baths and upgraded the outdoor shower area with tile floor, palm, babmbo and seating.

RATES:

High Season: Dec. thru April: $1,375.00/weekly - $4,500/monthly

Mid Season: May, June, July, Oct. & Nov. - $1,100/weekly - $3,500/monthly)

Low Season: Aug. & Sept. $700.00/weekly - $2,200/monthly)



Area Description

Quite neighborhood sits on the active Bonita Beach Road with walking distance to restaurants, boat rentals, mini golf and grocery shopping. Walk or ride bike to Doc's beach house where sunset celebration takes place every evening.
