Three bedrooms (third large bedroom is decorated as a den, which has a writing desk,queen sofa bed and daybed with trundle), sleeps 6-8. Spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet, 2 separate vanities, spa tub and glassed walk-in marble shower in master bath.

Full Golf membership available with $250 (plus tax) transfer fee. Separate membership to Renaissance Center Club with 2 pools, fitness center, activities, tennis, etc. with $100 transfer fee. ($350 plus $21 tax for both)

May 1 -October 31, golf members have reciprocal rights to many fabulous golf courses in area, close to gulf beaches, fishing, shelling as well as upscale shopping, galleries and an amazing variety of restaurants nearby, as well as in beautiful downtown Naples. 2 bikes in the garage!
A couple hours drive to Disney World, Everglades, Miami and the Keys.

• Deposits: $1200 security deposit holds reservation. Returned 30 days after checkout if no damage. Half of rent due at signing of lease. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
   
• Other Fees: $175 cleaning fee deducted from deposit. Optional: Renter has the option of transferring Full Golf membership with all member privileges, meaning no greens fees and use of the elegant Golf Clubhouse with amenities and fine dining for $250, as well as Renaissance Center Club recreation and casual dining facilities (use of resort pool, lap pool, fitness center, tennis facilities, and activites) for optional $100 plus tax transfer fee. Total is $350 plus $21 tax.
