Brand new Robb and Stuckey designer model home with caged pool and spa, in the beautiful Palmira Golf and Country Club. 14 foot ceilings in the great room, every upgrade and amenity in kitchen, including granite counters and tumbled stone backsplashes. 50 inch flat screen with HDTV in entertainment center, 32 inch flat screen in master, both with HDTV. Wireless internet throughout the house. 2 multi speed bikes in the garage for your enjoyment along with pool toys.
Three bedrooms (third large bedroom is decorated as a den, which has a writing desk,queen sofa bed and daybed with trundle), sleeps 6-8. Spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet,2 separate vanities, spa tub and glassed walk-in shower in marble master bath.
Peaceful lake and golf course views, open and spacious 2000 sq. ft. with two car garage. Back faces due west so enjoy unobstructed beautiful sunsets over the lake and golf course from your private lanai by the pool.

Golf membership available May 1- January 15 at reduced greens fees. No golf Jan 15-May 1, just social membership to Renaissance Center with 2 pools, fitness center, dining, etc.
20 minutes to area beaches, fishing, boating, jetskiing, parasailing, short drive to downtown Naples with shopping, galleries and elegant dining, as well as Coconut Pointe shopping, movies, dining.

Just north of Naples, our house is located in the Novela neighborhood of Palmira Golf and Country Club with 24 hour manned security gate, 27 hole Gordon Lewis designed championship golf course, and active tennis center, a charming children's park and Renaissance Center Club with two pools, including lagoon style heated pool and a lap pool, fitness center, spa treatment centers and pool snack bar. Even a bocci court! Sports Golf membership available with $300 transfer fee in off season (May 1- Jan 15).

Optional: Sports Membership to Golf,Renaissance Center Club recreation and dining facilities (use of resort pool,lap pool,fitness center,tennis facilities, Clubhouse with dining room, etc.)is transferable for an additional $300 fee. Full golf membership transferable in the off season, May 1 - January 15 only, 6 rounds available in season Jan 15-May 1.
