Description of the Bonita Springs vacation home rental
Brand new Robb and Stuckey designer model home with caged pool and spa, in the beautiful Palmira Golf and Country Club. 14 foot ceilings in the great room, every upgrade and amenity in kitchen, including granite counters and tumbled stone backsplashes. 50" HD flatscreen TV in entertainment center, 32"HD flatscreen TV in master. Free wireless internet throughout the house. 2 multi speed bikes in the garage for your enjoyment along with pool toys, beach chairs and a set of bocci balls,too!
Three bedrooms (third large bedroom is decorated as a den, which has a writing desk, queen sofa bed and daybed with trundle), sleeps 6-8. Spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet, 2 separate vanities, spa tub and glassed walk-in marble shower in master bath. Extras include paper products, full spice rack, condiments and more.
Peaceful lake and golf course views, open and spacious 2000 sq. ft. with two car garage. Back faces due west so enjoy unobstructed breathtaking sunsets over the lake and golf course from your private lanai by the pool.
Full Golf membership available with $500 (plus tax) transfer fee. Separate membership to Renaissance Center Club with 2 pools, fitness center, activities,tennis, etc. with $200 transfer fee. ($700 plus 6% tax for both)

Just north of Naples, our house is located in the Novela neighborhood of Palmira Golf and Country Club with 24 hour manned security gate, 27 hole Gordon Lewis designed championship golf course, and active tennis center, a charming children's park and Renaissance Center Club with two pools, including lagoon style heated pool and a lap pool, fitness center, spa treatment centers and pool snack bar. Even a bocci court! Golf and Renaissance Center Club membership available for $350.
Minutes from Bonita Springs beaches on the gulf, shopping and dining and 20-25 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport(RSW)and Gulf Coast Town Center.
