Description of the Bonita Springs vacation home rental
Our fabulous duplex is located on Hickory Blvd. directly across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches in southwest Florida. We are conveniently located between Fort Myers and Naples, approximately 20 minutes from Southwest Regional Airport. For those of you familar with the area, we are approximately one mile north of Doc's Beach House.
Each unit has two bedrooms, two baths, a screened-in lanai and roof deck. Each unit is tastefully decorated and has a spacious living/dining room with a queen-size sofa bed, Cable TV with three TV's, Wireless High Speed Internet access, fully-equipped kitchen with serving bar, large closets, central heat and air, microwave, and washer/dryer and one car garage.
Guests have deeded beach access directly across the street from the duplex. We provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler and a beach cart for you to use at the beach! There is a private dock behind the duplex, which is great for fishing boating or just relaxing.

We spent a glorious week at the duplex and couldn't be happier. Like many travelers, we always have a bit of anxt by shopping a vacation rental online. This duplex couldn't be nicer - everything you need, super clean and a bed that enfolds you at the end of the day. Close to everything and shells galore (we found about 24 sand dollars just off Candice's private beach area). We were tickled that lounge chairs were provided and thrilled that sand chairs and beach umbrella and coolers were provided too - for our day trips to vaious beaches up and down the coast! Nice touch when you fly in. Everything is just as pictured. We will definitely be back!
