The master suite provides a very comfortable king size bed with high quality linens, golf course/lake views, access to lanai and private pool area, 2 large closets, master bath with tub and separate shower.
And what about your guests? They will enjoy the sunny guest room with queen size bed and guest bath located in same corridor.
The great room is comfortably furnished, has large screen TV and unobstructed views of lanai/pool and golf course and lake.
The sunny breakfast room and fully supplied kitchen overlook pool area and golf course.
Full sized washer/dryer are in a separate laundry room. A 2 car garage and off street parking is a plus as well.
Relax in pool/spa/lanai area with outdoor seating and dining area and barbeque.
Rental provides Renaissance Center privileges for a small transfer fee. Center has state-of-the-art workout room, lap pool, lagoon style pool, 7 lighted Har Tru tennis courts, spa facilities and restaurants.

Just north of Naples, our house is located in the Novela neighborhood of Palmira Golf and Country Club with 24 hour manned security gate, 27 hole Gordon Lewis designed championship golf course, and active tennis center, a charming children's park and Renaissance Center Club with two pools, including lagoon style heated pool and a lap pool, fitness center, spa treatment centers and pool snack bar. Even a bocci court!
Minutes from Bonita Springs beaches on the gulf, shopping and dining and 15-20 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport(RSW)and Gulf Coast Town Center.
