Description of the Bonita Springs vacation villa rental

Beautiful water front home offers everything which our guests must have dream of.

Newly remodeled property. There are three furnished bedrooms. Master sized bedroom features king sized bed along with appointed private bath, 26”TV and provides easy access to screened pool and breathtaking views of canal. Second and third furnished bedroom feature queen sized bed and has 26” TV.

Large living area along with newly added furnishings and wonderful views of pool and canal. Also large 50”HDTV provided for complete fun and entertainment.

The house has inviting dining area with 6 chairs and a table. In backyard, there is canal that features easy access to Imperial River about 5minutes distance to Gulf and beautiful beach. Surrounded by several golf courses, finest restaurants and great shopping centers. Neighborhood is quite warm and friendly.

Rog and Sue Vacation

We so loved our stay on Homewood Drive. Everything was wonderful, right down to the quiet neighborhood this rental was located in. It's close to the beach, fantastic shopping, the fishing boats on Fort Meyers Beach, Dolly's resturant (best pie within miles) and the RSW airport.
