Description of the Boothbay Harbor vacation cottage rental
This adorable Maine cape offers everything you could want in a vacation home. Fish from your own dock, kayak or just sit on the deck and take in the spectacular water views with a glass of wine. The hammock is a favorite spot to relax among the trees and watch the boats go by.
The west facing windows and attached decks have wonderful views of Townsend Gut and great sunsets. The backyard is private and offers multiple entertaining levels with seating and a gas grill. The home comes with a mooring for a 35 foot boat and two kayaks.
This year round home would be a great choice for any and all seasons! The homes boasts a wood burning fireplace in the living room, a wood stove in the wine cellar as well as central heat.
Walking distance to Southport Island and Robinson's Wharf for lobster dinner. The area offer a variety of activities, boating, dining, kayaking, shopping and enjoying the quaint village and abundant nightlife.
Local attractions abound, such as hiking trails, a dinner theater, fishing excursion boats, numerous restaurants and cafes, quaint gift shops, tour boats for whale watching and island tours, botanical gardens, movie theater, and beaches and coves for swimming. 30 days or greater, full refund.
Less than 30 days, rental amount refunded.
Less than 15 days, no refund.
