The owner, Dorothea, was a gem dealing with online. The penthouse is a 5 min walk away from Bulabog beach, in a calm beach resort. You've got to climb a few steep stairs (i am 5 months pregnant and managed to do it) to reach but it's worth every step. The rooms, living room and balconies are spacious. The kitchen has the basic cooking utensils which is helpful. The caretaker, Emelita, fixes the place daily and is more than happy to shop for groceries. Transportation is easy - there's a free hourly shuttle from the resort to d-mall. If I was to return to Boracay, i would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very friendly from the start until the day we departed! The daily breakfast was delicious! The rooms were exactly as how they appear in the photos and kept up rather well. Fresh towels were brought to us everyday, though you will have to bring your own bathroom items. Overall, I loved how quiet the place was and the presence of the security guard. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the busiest part of the beach which becomes tedious in the day time heat, but can be circumvented with quick tricycle rides. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and I'm sure my gf and our two friends had a blast as well. If I am in the Philippines again they are definitely on my list of places to stay. Thank you Boracay Beach House Staff for making our stay wonderful!

My family and i were on vacation on Luzon island and had planned to see Boracay. We really did not know what to expect when we arrived there. We had a friend with some family there and had him scout out some accommodation for us. When we arrived and saw what he "thought" we would accept for a place to stay we were not impressed at all. So we went for a hike down the beach to see what else was available. We saw what looked like paradise on the beautiful white sand beach. I approached the staff there and ask if they had vacancy for the week and they were very accommodating to us. We booked it there and then on line and had the absolute best time we could have imagined there. The house was extremely clean, very nicely designed and furnished. It is exactly what you can imagine when you think of a tropical paradise. Breakfast was included and it was so relaxing. Please, if you are thinking of going to Boracay, STAY HERE. The house is located on the part of the beach that is quiet at night and within walking distance of anything you may need. I give it 4 1/2 out five because it is close to perfection. The Boracay Beach House is priced right, staffed right and professionally managed. You will not be disappointed. Thank you B.B.H. for helping us enjoy the best vacation we have ever had as a family.
