The Fern Villa
Located in a large garden of tropical homes,
a very short walk to the beach at Golden Seas Beach, fisherman's beach or James Bond Beach in Oracabessa.
Lush gardens and centrally located on the north coast highway. About 1/2 a mile east of Boscobel Airport which caters to private jets. Only minutes away is the small village of Oracabessa home to Golden Eye the former home of Ian Flemming author of the James Bond spy novels
The Fern Villa is located directly on the new highway, which gives the location easy access to public transportation or an easy drive if you rent a car. No back country roads here.

I rented a few different places in jamaica. This place is the Best by far. The people, the view (wow), neighbors. I really relaxed and enjoyed my vacation. Went on excursions to Dunns River falls,the enchanted gardens and horseback riding. I really had fun. Can't wait for my next vacation.

If you are looking for a really lovely location to stay then book NOW, My Wife and I spent 4 weeks here and many of those days were just sitting on the veranda watch the clouds, sea, humming birds & butterfly's. Go to the beech and find " Mal " during August and he may just show you the baby turtles hatching and running to the sea. Convenient for Ocho Rios & on the main north coast road & you have a winner, All mod cons and parking space, you would be a fool not to take this little gem.GINJA (Basildon, Essex, GB) Sept 2011
The cottage was wonderful! It was fully lockable,we felt safe and it was on beautiful grounds.It was well equipped and larger than we expected. We were close to two great beaches, James Bond beach and Reggae beach about 10 minutes down the road, both which you need to pay for to get into, 5 and 10 dollars US. We also ate at Moxons and spent a great day snorkelling at their facilities no charge! We rented a car from Island rentals and drove around everyday,but driving is not for the faint of heart.We also were able to buy fish from a local fisherman and cook it up at the cabin.Look forward to our next visit!

Very nice house, well equipped and comfortable. It is better than described on the web!! The garden is beautiful flowers, trees, birds, butterflies... My son and I chose Sea view villa for our first get-a-way to Jamaica haven. And a haven it is. We chose the villa off the web and found the description highly accurate. It was actually more beautiful than described. It is very clean, very comfortable and very roomy. We tremendously enjoyed our stay there. The property owner, Wayne Bishop was a hugh help. He gave us very helpful information including places to visit, see and eat at. We will be planning another trip to Jamaica in the future and Sea view villa will be our choice.

It does not get any better than sitting on the terrace in the morning. drinking a Blue Mountain Coffee and eating a fresh picked mango from the tree. This is really living Jamaican style. We did not want to come home.

Absolutely beautiful property, situated in a very peaceful surrounding. With fantastic views of the mountains, hillsides and ocean with the added bonus of local residents near by who are extremely hospitable. Excellent value for money and a wonderful house keeper called Claudette who is near by to help you with all inquiries. A fantastic retreat!
