On a beautiful tree lined street between Tremont Street and Shawmut Avenue, we are offering 10 beautifully designed furnished apartments. We have recently added another location at Tremont Street featuring 8 apartments (see 1st photo)
These are no fee apartments and the affordable housing alternative to expensive Hotels and Bed and Breakfast accommodations. Our rates are more reasonable than comparable corporate apartments. Emergencies and cleaning are handled by us.
ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED, Laundry available in building, matching linens and furnishings, cable TV, flat screen TV in most apartments, wireless DSL, hardwood floors, great kitchenettes and bath.
We are located on a quiet street yet we are within a few blocks of the trendiest restaurants and cafes in the city, shopping at the Prudential Center, entertainment at the Cyclorama and Boston Ballet. The South End is home to one of the most vibrant artist communities in America.

I just finished a 2- month stay at CAJ House--while I was doing some guest teaching at Emerson--and I couldn't have been happier. The apartment was clean, had plenty of space for what I needed, and was wonderfully sunny and light. The location was great. I really enjoyed being in the South End, could walk to work if I chose to, and always felt safe. My fellow tenants were professional, clean, and very quiet. Walter and his staff were always cordial, helpful, and professional. I would recommend CAJ House to anyone looking for a furnished place to stay in Boston.

I had a wonderful experience staying at CAJ House. The building and apartments are lovely and the owner, Walter, and manager, Laura, couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. CAJ House is located in a safe, quiet area that is convenient to MBTA services--there is a T station within walking distance or a bus stop only 2 1/2 blocks away. I had never been to Boston before, but had an easy time finding my way around from this location. CAJ House is a better alternative than staying in a hotel and is much more affordable (hi-speed wireless internet and Cable TV are included). I couldn't have been happier or more comfortable staying at CAJ House and will definitely stay there the next time I'm in Boston for an extended stay. I recommend CAJ House without reservation.
