Description of the Boston vacation apartment rental
All of our apartments are fully-equipped living spaces, so your Vacation Apartment will be all ready to make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. The apartments have exposed brick surfaces. Beautiful Hardwood floors are found throughout and the kitchens are fully modernized with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, waste disposal, a gas range and a full set of dinnerware, silverware and cookware. The two comfortable bedrooms can be arranged as twins or doubles on request, with all linen and towels provided. Most suites have gas fireplaces and a Jacuzzi bathtub/shower combination. A television with basic cable and secured WIFI is in every apartment. All utilities are included except for telephone so bring your cell phone!

Dyer Properties has controlled entry access door in both the front and back of the building. Optional on-site parking is available in a private, fenced lot. The building has an elevator serving four floors. Two coin operated laundries are located on the main floor of the building. The building is handicapped accessible from the back parking lot that includes marked handicapped parking spaces close to the entryway.We are located just steps away from the hustle-bustle of the city, nestled in a quiet neighborhood setting that guests can relax call home is 10-18 Brainerd Road. Dyer Properties is located on the Allston-Brookline border, just two short blocks from the historic Coolidge Corner District, where guests can walk to gourmet restaurants and browse magnificent boutiques.
