Description of the Boston vacation apartment rental

My apartment has two bedrooms: one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed, making it suitable for:
- A couple with a child or two children who can share a bed
- Two adults who will sleep separately
- Two couples.

No larger parties can or will be accommodated under any circumstances.

Please also note that we require a $1000 non-refundable deposit to hold your reservation and a $5000 cash damage deposit. Both deposits must be received in cash via wire transfer or cleared check - we do not accept credit cards.

This is a modern and convenient 2300 square foot Boston apartment, 2 bedroom, 2 bath loft. The apartment is in a newly constructed modern doorman building in the Seaport/ Fort Point Channel area a short walk from downtown Boston.

The apartment is fully furnished, immaculately clean, stylish and modern duplex space. The gourmet kitchen features brand new stainless Viking appliances, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer and ice maker. The counter island offers counter seating for 3, and the enormous dining table comfortably sits 8.
The main living area is flooded with light, form a large ceiling to floor widow . The apartment features new maple hardwood floors and is tastefully decorated in a minimal modern urban style with antiques and art.
There is a sate of the art stereo system with a 65 inch high definition TV with DVD and state of the art audio system.
The lower level has a bedroom off the living room with a private full bath and a queen sized bed


Stairs lead up to the upper level into the master bedroom that has a king sized bed , desk with fax scanner printer and a HD 42 inch TV. Attached is a large walk in closet are with master bath including shower and bathtub


Towels, linens, use of the built-in washer/dryer, and all utilities except phone are provided and included in the nightly rate. Built-in central air and radiant sub-floor heat are provided. Indoor air quality is ensured serviced by high-capacity HEPA units. No smoking or pets have been permitted in the apartment, nor will they be permitted of our guests.

Broadband wireless internet access is included. $5,000 cash deposit will be refunded immediately upon return and inspection.

Area Description

The apartment is in the newly developed Seaport area or the Fort Point Channel area in Boston. It is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute cab ride from downtown Boston, the Financial district or Chinatown and a short walk from the Boston Convention Center (BCEC).
Quincy market, the Aquarium and the Children's museum are short distance away.
The airport is only a 10 minute cab ride.
