All modern conveniences, reasonably priced, Non-smoking apartment accommodations in Boston with a professional, informal and fresh approach we offer our short-term rental accommodations on a weekly, or monthly basis, making our rental property the perfect choice for a temporary stay. No matter if you are in Boston for entertainment, on holiday, for education or on business, we can arrange any length of your stay.
The building has a secure communal door entry front and back. The back entryway from parking lot is handicap accessible. There are two coin-op laundry facilities located on the first floor.
Prices: All prices vary depending on holiday(1 or 2 weeks) or a short term (less than 6 months)
Fees: One time non-refundable clean out fee does apply and vary depending on size of rental at time of booking.
Pet Fee: One time non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet is charged at time of booking.
Optional parking for $50 a week or $150 a month at time of booking.
Apartments are normally available after 2 p.m. and must be vacated by 11 a.m. to ensure that they are serviced for the next booking.
