Peaceful Place to come After the Boston Marathon

We came for the Boston Marathon and with the events of Marathon Monday we couldn't have asked for a more peaceful place to stay. The home was immaculate! The views and running trails were right out the front window. The bathrooms were large and plenty of space for all 5 of us. My favorite place was the kitchen! Lastly, the owners met us and were so warm and welcoming on our first day in Massachusetts. We would stay there again if we ever come back to Boston.

Highly recommended rental property!

I was looking for a place where I could relax and enjoy the outdoors but still be close enough to the city. This rental was perfect for both! The home is located on a very large lot with a big back yard, a large lake about 25 yards from the front yard, a sidewalk adjacent to the lake for jogging and Boston was less than a 30 min drive or train ride. The interior was the best surprise. The house is huge, open and well kept. The flowing wood floors from room to room made it easier to keep clean. The gas fireplace only enhanced the experience for a winter visit. The rental is ideal for a large family because the layout provides two living rooms, one in the front overlooking the lake and one at the rear of the house. I would rent this home again and recommend it to anyone looking to get away from a fast pace life. I can only guess this home is amazing during the summer with the lake out front and a beautiful park within walking distance.

We had quite a grand time staying at the Lake House. It was spacious enough for our family to relax in and enjoy. The view of the sunset from the adjacent beach was priceless. Best of all, the owners were very helpful and accommodating. The people in the town were also very friendly. We would surely consider coming back. Thank you Roberta and Jerry!

Nice House on the Lake

This lake house was described as recently renovated and I must say that the owners did an excellent job. The interior of the house is beautiful, and much larger than it seems from the outside, with its open floor plan. I stayed with a group of friends from college and we had plenty of room, and enjoyed fishing and kayaking on the lake. Owners were very friendly and helpful with all questions and requests we had. We would definately stay again.
