3 bedroom house ,2 baths,a swimming pool,sunroom,and satellite TV,with a big screen TV.House is located in clean green Boulder City only 20 minutes from Las Vegas and 5 minutes from Lake Mead in a quiet residental area.The bedrooms(2) have queen zize beds the master bedroom has a king size massage bed with all linen provided.The living room has the big screen tv with dvd and satellite. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and dishes. The sunroom leads to a small pool with a desert landscaped backyard with a large sunning/entertainment deck.

Boulder City has all the facilities of a large city but maintains its small city atmosphere with plenty of activities from outdoor cafe/bars,brewery club,golf courses to a fishing pond and a new zip line in the hills around Boulder City.All of the activities/facilities are within walking distance in clean,green Boulder City one of the safest city in America.
Yet the bright lights/life of Las Vegas are only 20 minutes away,what happens in Las Vegas stays in Las Vegas as you return to Boulder City.Lake Mead and Hoover Dam are only 5-10 minutes away and provide more opportunites for activities
