Description of the Boulder vacation apartment rental

800 sq. ft. , well- lighted, garden apartment WITH main level Sunroom leading to large, private deck with completely private hot tub; 1/4 acre fenced backyard and private entrance. Garden apt. has full kitchenette, eating area, large living area space with new 32" HDTV and DVD player; separate bedroom with new queen bed; washer/ dryer and private bath . All carpet, furnishings, tile, laminate are new. Owner lives in a separate part of home; you have complete privacy.
Main level sunroom has Cathedral ceilings, southern exposure and gas burning fireplace. Sunroom leads directly to large, private deck, hot tub and enclosed backyard. Romantic outdoor atmosphere with outdoor grill and chiminea for evening fires.
Space is perfect for a couple or four adults maximum. All utilities, cable, Wi Fi and internet are included. We rent to one party at a time to insure your complete privacy.
Continental Breakfast - fresh fruit salad is provided.
Here, at Zeldas House, Zelda, our Norwich Terrier is available for greeting and extra love.

Our home is one block from tennis courts, bike paths and creek trails. There are two parks within walking distance. Boulder Reservoir is 1 1/2 miles away- 400 acre full recreational park with swimming, boat rentals and fishing. Owner is available for directions and information, secret paths and short cuts to our many activities. We are about 4 miles from downtown- Pearl St. Mall.
We are near the main highway that takes you directly to Rocky Mt. National Park and Estes Park.
