Description of the Boulder vacation apartment rental

Welcome to our comfortable, one bedroom, top floor unit located in the highly desirable West End of Pearl Street of downtown Boulder.

The unit comes fully furnished with all the amenities one can need. The kitchen is fully stocked. The bedroom features a walk-in closet and a queen bed with a comfortable Tempur-Pedic mattress. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Includes a reserved parking spot but you can walk to everything! Only steps to the restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores on Pearl Street. Or just minutes the other way to hiking & biking trail heads or Boulder Creek. Only a block to the local 24-hour grocery store.

Price includes ALL taxes, utilities (electric, water, heat, air conditioning, trash, internet, & cable TV).

Area Information

Our unit is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but is just steps away from the restaurants, bars, coffee houses, yoga studios, galleries, boutiques and shops on the famous Pearl Street Mall. Or just minutes the other way to hiking & biking trailheads or Boulder Creek. Only one block to the local 24-hour grocery store. The twice-weekly Boulder Farmer’s market is less than a 10 minute walk (spring through fall).

Our property is only a short 30 minute drive to Eldora Ski Resort, an hour drive to Denver, or an hour drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.

If you are traveling without a vehicle, we are only a few blocks from a bike rental shop and Boulder’s main bus station is just a 12 minute walk. Colorado University is just a short bike or 20 minute walk.

Amazing Flat

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It is fully equipped with everything you need and it's very homely and comfortable, making it a great and easy place to stay. It is in a great location, only a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants and some amazing places to go for walks. It is also only a couple of minutes from the Boulder Creek Path which makes cycling to many other places pretty easy. I would definately love to stay here again!

Great apartment in prime location

Comfortable, well-appointed, and beautifully maintained apartment in an attractive and convenient location. It's an easy walk to the Pearl Street Mall and other shops, and two blocks to the Boulder Creek bike path and the bus to the Eldora ski area. The owners were very pleasant, helpful, and easy to communicate with.

If you're planning to stay in Boulder, it doesn't matter why or to do what, because this rental will place you near everything! 2 minutes biking from the amazing Pearl Street Mall. 10 minutes biking from the Colorado University campus. 15 minutes biking from the 29th street commercial area. The unit is fully furnished...think of something: there it is! The owners of the apartment are so lovely that we became friend and we are keeping in touch with them! The services, facilities, whatever you need is provided. Also a fast WiFi connection and cable TV to watch you favourite sport or TV show! The neighbours are lovely too and they will always help you if needed and, why not, maybe invite you for a dinner together to the condo BBQ! The condo is at the first beginning of the fabolous West End, we can't imagine a so quite and beautiful place! And if you decide to, with just a short walk you can enter the Mall, wich is so enterntaning and fantastic! We moved to this condo to do research at Colorado University and there was no better place to have both an easy access to downtown and a short distance to our center at CU. Choose this rental and you will be the happiest people who visited Boulder!
