Description of the Boulder vacation guesthouse rental

This landmark house is in "Old Boulder" only 3 blocks from the foot of the Rocky Mountains. We are also on the city bus line to the world-famous Pearl Street Mall. The upstairs of our home, once occupied by Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, has been converted to private guest quarters. It has three bedrooms with wood floors, a shared bath and common room. We supply towels and linens on a weekly basis. The common room has wifi, small fridge, sink and microwave. A grill is available.

Dogs are OK. We have a huge yard! The house works well for those wanting a more "homey" stay while here on business or just a more affordable option.

Pay Pal or check preferred.

Must pre-pay to reserve space. Must cancel 30 days prior to arrival for full refund. Less than 30 days prior/forfeit $100. No exceptions.

We are 3 blocks from hiking trails in the foothills. 3 Bears Guest House is two blocks from a beautiful recreation center with an Olympic sized indoor pool, gymnasium, weight room and sauna. Boulder has been rated the biking capital of the US by sports magazines and we have bikes that you could borrow. The famous Pearl Street Mall is a brief walk, bike or bus ride away. Rocky Mountain National Park is 30 minutes north and Denver is 30 minutes south.

We had a wonderful time with our experience and the city of Boulder. The house was convenient to all of the Boulder amenities, (hiking, theatre, restaurants) and it was a lovely place to chill out after a day of adventure in Colorado. There is a beautiful yard, adorned with flowers and complete with a yellow lab (Lance) to play with your dog. The rooms are simple but sufficient and far more home-like than a stale motel room. Our hosts, Grace and Ed couldn't have been more accomodating. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at 3 Bears. The house is in a great location, the hosts are wonderful, and the beds supremely comfortable. In fact, there was only one drawback I experienced, namely sloping ceilings in the bedroom and the common room (rooms are on the top floor). These could be awkward at times, and this is the one factor that keeps me from giving 3 Bears five stars. Highly recommended.

Our visit at the 3 Bears Home was fantastic. Privacy when needed, friendly people, nice big room, coffee in the morning and most importantly...dog friendly with plenty of room for the girls to run. Thanks again!
