Description of the Boulder vacation home rental
The PhotoFarm is located 10 miles from Boulder, Longmont and Lyons. We have 5 acres surrounded by open space...privacy and serenity...plus access to any urban area that you desire. We are 45 minutes from Estes Park, the Gateway to the Rockies and 2 miles from Niwot, the antique center for this area!
Our home is perfect for the vacationing family with a luxury bedroom suite (complete with whirlpool tub) and two private bedrooms for children or other guests. We accept dogs that are well behaved and house broken!
The kitchen is a chefs dream for cooking..with a gas gourmet Wolf stove and fully stocked with all the utensils. A gas grill is also available, as well as an outdoor setting for eating. If you don't wish to cook, we are 2 miles away from some of the best (5 star) restaurants in the Boulder area, or we can cater and become your bed and breakfast!
We also have a new rental property in Placitas, New Mexico, between Albug. and Santa Fe- perfect for the Opera Season as well as Balloon Fiesta.It is also an animal friendly two-bedroom, plus studio home with AC/ Heat and a wonderful horse property with a stream! Our vacation home is located northwest of Niwot, a quaint quiet town famous for food and antiques. The view from the North is Lagerman Resevoir, Boulder's premier no-wake fishing lake (boat and poles available). Boulder Resevoir is 5 miles away for sailboats and skiing. The town of Boulder is 10 miles away with all of the famous amenities; Pearl St. Walking Street, Colorado Universiy, NCAR and NOAA for science buffs, as well as the Observatory and hiking trails at Chataqua Park. Music abounds at the Boulder Theatre, Red Rocks Ampitheatre, Chautaqua Auditorium. The award winning Shakespear Festival runs from July through August at the CU Theatre space..all of this available in Boulder.not to mention the new St. Julienne Hotel and Spa! Estes Park is only 45 minutes away and Denver is 23 miles away with the Bronkos, Avalanch Hockey and the Rockies Baseball Team. We have a world class Art Museum, Colorado History Museum, and Natural History Museum! Shopping at the Cherry Creek Mall is another adventure not to miss when visiting Denver: The Mile High City, as well as two amusement parks for the kids.

Our vacation home offers guided horseback riding on trails or riding in our arena if you schedule ahead. We also have a kayak, raft and fishing poles to rent. Peace and quiet are what we offer, as well as access to boundless activities offered in and around the Front Range.

- Required Stay: one week; Monday-Sunday
- Lodging Tax: 5%
- Deposits: 50% deposit due in order to reserve your place.
- Other Fees: Horse Back Riding: $25.00 each for two hour trail ride with guide. $15.00 an hour for free riding around property or in arena, with signed liability waiver.
Kayak and raft available for 1/2 day at $100. with deposit
